A scheme to revitalise Merseyside's historic former Cammell Laird shipyard suffered a setback last night after it emerged the Harbour Master of Liverpool was against the submitted plans.
The proposed £1.4bn development, which would take 15 years to build, would see 4,000 waterfont homes built, along with office and leisure facilities all powered by their own power station.
