Deutsche Bank head targets shipping

 Deutsche Bank has appointed Ralf Bedranowsky as new global head of its ship financing division DB Shipping. The 48-year old succeeds Torsten Wagner and Tjark Woydt, both of whom will retire next March. Bedranowsky served as a general manager for Deutsche Bank at Hamburg, overseeing the bank’s risk management in North East Germany before joining Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen as member of its executive board in 2004.
