William Gibbons, Passenger Shipping Association, has announced that there will be a joint PSA/MCA Security Seminar on Thursday 19th June 2003 at the Central Hall in Westminster (London).
The conference will focus on security and the terrorist threat to passenger vessels and passenger ports.
