The ferry route connecting Umeå in Sweden with Vaasa in Finland will receive support from both Sweden and Finland for the next period of traffic.
The route has previously been subsidised by Finland, but Sweden has now decided to also support the ferry connection for SEK 2.2m (EUR 240,000), which equals the subsidy received from Finland.
