Scandlines has reportedly decided to take Fosen Trafiklagg to court over the latter being granted approval to operate a service to Rodby, according to the SSG-Ringkobing news service. Fosen, a leading Norwegian ferry operator, gained permission from the Havneklagenævnet in a move to challenge Scandines’ monopoly on the route from Puttgarten in Germany.
