Gerassimos Strintzis has quit as chief executive of Greece’s largest ferry company just days before a crucial — and potentially acrimonious — meeting of Hellenic Seaways’ shareholders.
Mr Strintzis, who was appointed just under four years ago after helming his own family’s Strintzis Lines, and later a stint on the board of Attica Group, will say goodbye to staff on Monday.
