Richard Sadler, currently Director of Lloyd’s Register EMEA, has been appointed chief executive of the Lloyd’s Register Group. The appointment takes effect on 1 July, by which time Sadler will have full executive responsibility for the organisation. David Moorhouse will remain chairman of LR. Sadler has a degree in naval architecture and holds a post-graduate diploma of welding technology.
