Longstanding Attica Holdings board member Charalambos Paschalis has been appointed new chairman of the Greek listed ferry group.
The move marks the end of an era as former chairman Pericles Panagopulos, the shipping entrepreneur who built the dormant stocklisted title into a major force in the Greek and international ferry trades during the mid-1990s, has now severed his last formal link with the company.
