David Benson, who stepped down as senior VP of passenger transport at Sea Containers in February 2006, has been appointed chairman of Milford Haven port in the UK. Benson began his career in the airline industry with BOAC, British Airways and Virgin Group; he was also CEO of rail company Sea Containers' Venice Simplon-Orient Express.
