Jury retires in yacht deaths case

 The jury in the trial of P&O ferry officer Michael Hubble accused of manslaughter for allegedly running down a yacht has retired. According to a BBC report, the prosecution told the court that Hubble “turned a blind eye” to the yacht coming very close to the ferry and blamed their deaths on his decision not to stop and check that it was OK.
