Congratulations are in order for former Sally Line chief Bill Moses, who received an MBE in the New Year Honours for services to ‘Dover Counselling Centre and Business.’Dover Counselling Centre was established originally as the Herald Assistance Unit in order to counsel survivors of the Herald of Free Enterprise disaster and the relatives and friends of those less fortunate.
