New UK Chamber of Shipping president David Dingle has called on the UK government to work with the maritime industry to ensure its future growth and stability. Dingle, who is managing director of cruise operator Carnival UK, urged maritime unions to work with employers to maintain the industry’s position as the third biggest exporter of services, after finance and travel.
