Clarksons appoints new CEO

Andi Case has been appointed as CEO of Clarksons, the world's largest shipbroker.  He has been interim chief executive since early May, following the departure of former CEO Richard Fulford-Smith. There followed discussions about Fulford-Smith's future and a 12 months' period of gardening leave had been agreed by the end of May.
