A Norwegian court has found that Claes Pallin, a civil servant who issued Aker YardÂ's chief Inge Rokke with a skipperÂ's certificate, received money from the businessman and simply issued the ticket without examination as required by the law.
Pallin and two others were also found guilty of taking bribes and sentenced.
