Aker loses CFO to former parent

 Leif Borge, cfo of Aker Yards, has stepped down from his post at the biggest shipbuilder in Europe and assumed the same position at Aker Kvaerner, an engineering group controlled by the shipbuilder’s former parent, Aker. “I think Borge left because he could take up a more interesting job at Aker Kvaerner, which is a much larger company,” said Anders Rosenlund, analyst at ABG Sundal Collier in Oslo.
