| Posted in: SNP Member of the European Parliament Alyn Smith has today welcomed the launch by the European Commission of formal legal proceedings investigating the legacy of Scotland's ferry policy the SNP government inherited on taking office.
The move follows a call for such proceedings from Mr Smith last month in order to give clarity to the ongoing discussions about how Scotland's ferry services are maintained.
