Baltic ferry operator Scandlines is selling its subsidiary Scandlines Sydfynske and its 30% stake of Danish owner Mols-Lines to Denmark’s shipping company Clipper Group.
The sale is expected to become effective in early 2009. Both companies are active in inner-Danish ferry service.
