Baltic Sea ferry operator Scandlines has today signed a sale agreement for its domestic Danish ferry business with Copenhagen-based Clipper Group. The agreement covers Scandlines’ fully-owned subsidiary Sydfynske, which owns and operates seven ferries on three different routes, and the 30% share in Mols-Linien A/S. Scandlines said it will cash in €68.5M ($101M) for its shareholding in Mols-Linien but did not reveal the price for Sydfynske.
