OPEC members have decided to keep their output at existing levels despite huge volatility in the oil market. Last week saw the largest fluctuation in oil prices since records began. Yet in a statement broadcast this morning at the end of the 146th OPEC conference in Abu Dhabi, the organisation said that the fundamentals remain unchanged and supply is at comfortable levels.
