Managers buy Kelvin Hughes for £52M

Kelvin Hughes, the navigation equipment and services company, has been sold to a group of senior managers backed by buyout specialist ECI Partners. They are paying former owner the Smiths Group $48M ($100M) plus up to £4M depending on certain conditions being met.
