Freight drives Scandlines higher

Skandlines logo A 10% rise in freight volume led the increase in business at Scandlines, the ferry company headquartered in Rostock, while passenger and car numbers also increased. The company, which operates 13 services carried 20.5M passengers in 2007, a 3.5% increase, while the number of cars carried rose by 3.7% to 4.5M.
