The Fred Olsen mother companies, Bonheur ASA and Ganger Rolf ASA respectively, have decided to sell its 55% shareholding in the Moroccan passenger ferry company Comarit to their Moroccan partner. The total sales price for the shares is 700m Moroccan Dirhams.
