DFDS sniffs round Norfolkline

DFDS logoDanish shipping giant AP Møller-Maersk is rumoured to be selling its Norfolkline ferry unit, while DFDS, the Danish listed ferry company, has been mooted as potential buyer. Nils Smedegaard Andersen, APM's CEO, said last week that the company expected to book a profit of DK4.0bn ($800M) from the sale of a business, but he declined to unveil further details in a webcast presentation.
