Attica Holdings subsidiary Blue Star Maritime, the listed owner of Greece’s Blue Star Ferries fleet, has appointed independent auditors for its upcoming merger with parent Attica.
PKF Euroauditing has been asked to evaluate both companies and to provide an opinion with regard to the exchange ratio of shares, which will be proposed following a Blue Star board meeting.
