Australian shipbuilder Incat has won a second ferry contract from the government of Trinidad & Tobago in as many months. In a statement released yesterday, Incat said the T&T government has purchased the former US Army theatre support vessel Spearhead (Hull 060) from Delaware-based Bollinger/Incat and the vessel will be re-named T&T Spirit. The wave-piercing fast ferry is currently being refitted at Incat’s Hobart yard.
