French state ferry operator SeaFrance has reported a strong performance for the first seven months of the year on its Calais-Dover route. Car passengers carried rose 12% compared with an average on the short-sea routes of 4.7% for the period, with overall passenger market growth of 4.85% ahead of the full market growth of 2.6%.
