Sea Containers sells New York ferry service

Seaco logoThe dismantling of insolvent Sea Containers is moving forward; the US-listed company is finally disposing of SeaStreak, its New York ferry operation. It has been sold to the New England Fast Ferry Company.

The deal, handled by Société Générale, includes a fleet of four catamarans.
