High-speed ferry operators are expanding services between Hong Kong and Macau, the former Portuguese enclave turned gambling centre, following a surge in travellers and the opening of new casinos.
They include a new operator, Cotai Waterjets, controlled by casino outfit Las Vegas Sands, which is due to sign a concession agreement with the Macau government today to operate fast ferry services between the new Pac On terminal on Taipa Island and Hong Kong.
