Hawaii ferry battle goes to court

Environmental groups are continuing their fight against a proposed inter-Hawaiian island ferry system, and have taken their battle to federal court. The groups have asked a federal judge to set aside the Maritime AdministrationÂ's 'categorical exclusion' from federal environmental laws for Hawaii Superferry so a full environmental impact statement could be ordered.
