More than 30 passengers on the fast ferry Oceanjet 3 were injured when the vessel hit a barge off Tagbilaran port in the Philippines at the weekend. The Philippine Coast Guard said the Oceanjet was manoeuvring to dock on Saturday night when its bow hit the port side of the LCT Valerie, which was anchored at the time.
