Sunken ferry to keep its secrets

BC Ferry Service has lost a Supreme Court appeal that would have allowed it to publish data from the computer hard drive taken from the wreckage of the ill-fated Queen of the North. The hard drive, including chart data, was seized by the Canadian Transportation Safety Board following the sinking March 2006 and shared with B.C. Ferries, which later argued that the information should be made public.
