In a buy-one, replace-two deal SeaFrance has acquired the ropax vessel Jean Nicoli from Veolia Transport. It is understood that the purchase price was around €110M ($162M) which is similar to what Veolia paid for the ship when it bought it from Attica Group in Greece in 2007.
