Greece responds after ferry holed

Greece's merchant marine administration has moved swiftly to tackle breaches of collision regulations after a ferry struck a charted reef in the Aegean Sea on Saturday evening.  The 33-year-old NEL Lines ferry Theofilos ( suffered a 17m-long gash below the waterline on its port side off the island of Oinousses; all 475 passengers and 65 of the crewmembers were evacuated.
