DFDS sells 29-year old ferry

Danish ferry company DFDS has sold the 1978-built Duke of Scandinavia to Brittany Ferries, the French operator that has used the ship on bareboat charter since February last year. The price was not disclosed. Built as Dana Anglia, the 19,000gt vessel operated mainly between Esbjerg and Harwich until it was replaced by ropax vessels.
