Adriatic roro fire put out

A fire aboard UN RoRo vessel UND Adriyatik is now out, according to the ship’s manager, Bluewater Ship Management. The captain of the vessel and his chief engineer are in hospital with burns to the hands but are due to be discharged and repatriated to Turkey. The vessel’s remaining complement of 19 Turkish crew and nine drivers who were accompanying their trucks were unharmed.
