Peel Ports has sold its Roadferry trucking and logistics business to DSV of Denmark for an undisclosed sum.
The sale of Roadferry, with a £48m turnover, continues Peel Port’s intention to focus on its core UK port businesses on the Mersey, Clyde and Medway.
In January this year, Peel Ports announced that it had sold its 51% stake in Maputo Port Development Co to DP World and Grindrod.
