Lloyd’s Register Americas Inc. has concluded the acquisition of Martec, an engineering firm based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Martec specialises in developing advanced engineering simulation technology for the design and analysis of complex structures and systems – particularly ships, ports, harbours, and offshore facilities.
