Rocked by the impact of surging fuel prices on its operating costs, Genoa-based ferry operator Grandi Navi Veloci is reconsidering its involvement in a new RoPax terminal now under development in Marseilles.
With RoPax facilities in the eastern harbour unable to accomodate the 200m-long vessels GNV is introducing into the western Mediterranean, the French port has been developing the facility as an alternative under an agreement with GNV.
