Dublin starts to tighten Irish flag registration

The Irish Government has launched a public consultation document about the registration of vessels under the Irish flag.

It was published yesterday by Minister for Transport and Marine Noel Dempsey, who has called on vessel owners and members of the public to become involved in the consultation.
