Crews bring 'high' seas to BC coast

Canada's Transportation Safety Board (TSB) has become concerned about marijuana use by crews that operate BC Ferries. In a letter to the ferry corporation headed "A Board Concern", the TSB said that during its investigation into the sinking of the Queen of North, investigators were frequently told that crew members regularly smoked cannabis.
