Australia to help on Indonesia safety

Australia’s Department of Transport will spend A$23.9M ($17M) over three years on the Indonesian Transport Safety Assistance Package and train its priorities on passenger ferries and coastal Ro-ros. The ferry route between Kupang and Rote island in West Timor will be used as a “model project”.
