Ukrainian industrial group Donbas has won approval to expand its Polish interests through the takeover of the Gdansk Shipyard, according to an AFP report. The approval, from the Polish National Competition office, will allow Donbas to initially invest 400M zlotys ($158.7M), giving it a 75% stake in the yard.
