Firms named for Gdynia takeover

 The long-awaited privatisation of Gdynia Shipyard could be happening soon, as two parties have been called for further negotiations. The Polish treasury has named Amber, member of Zlomrex group (a metallurgical products firm) and Ray Car Carriers of Israel. Ray is the single largest provider of contracts for the current Gdynia Shipyard orderbook, and holds of 16% of Gdynia Shipyard shares.
