Poland has been given until Thursday to send to the European Commission’s competition directorate detailed restructuring plans for its shipyards, including one it has already sold.
Polish treasury ministry representatives have returned from a trip to Brussels, where they presented Competition Commissioner Neelie Kroes with 14 letters of interest from potential investors in the state-run yards at Gdynia and Szczecin.
